This session will focus on Ed Tech legislation from both a California and Federal perspective. John Cradler and Marianne Pack, CUE Legislative Advocacy Committee co-chairs will share current news pertinent to California and Hilary Goldman, ISTE Dir. of Government Affairs will bring us up to date on Federal legislation. Important initiatives such as the Governor's Ed Tech and Digital Literacy action plan, the CUE Advocacy Platform, the status of CTAP and SETS, federal EETT updates,  ESEA Reauthorization, E-Rate, and broadband deployment will be covered. There is much to hear and learn about, a session you won't want to miss.
